She took a difficult historical situation at my flat, analysed it deeply and fairly, and turned it around with a generous outcome to me. Angelina Tucci is my Property Manager and she does a fantastic Job. If I ever need anything she is always willing to go the extra mile.
If someone I know needs to find somewhere to live in the future I will definitely recommend this company.

Especially with inspections, sorting out our house to get it up to scratch for the Healthy Home Standards. And then working with us while we sold it. It wasnt an easy job dealing with two sets of tenants will selling a house, when we were not living in New Zealand, but she really helped us out. Thank you Angelina

From before applying, to now renting they have been nothing but helpful and professional. Especially grateful to our amazing property manager Hanna who has been extremely helpful and responsive. She has definitely gone above and beyond to notify us about everything going on with the apartment and has been always quick and great at communication. Couldn't recommend Oxygen and Hanna more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked many times to view rentals with this agency. And 90% of the time they don’t even show up for the booked viewing. Today, i drove 30 minutes to see a house that would’ve been perfect for my partner and I, i waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Even received a reminder text this morning for the viewing. Please sort out your property management. Waste of my time and petrol.
