★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers were OK but have a meatloafy quality we don't particularly like. We're American, though, and we've noticed this is common in New Zealand so may not be noticeable to native New Zealanders. The service seemed indifferent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers were really tasty! ….And service to match. The staff were happy to take a phone order to be collected when we needed it. Especially as their ‘neighbour’ declined to help with that….(their loss)
Good on you Pronto Burger! It’s sometimes the little things that count!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this place is terrible. I ordered mussels and found a crab in it, let the manager know and she said “ew” and took the rest of the plate away (about a third left). The meal was never replaced, and when we came to pay, she offered to take off a few dollars. Said it wasn’t a big deal, (despite having taken the plate away), wouldn’t give me the receipt and none of their pages responded to my complaint.
Don’t bother going here. There are several restaurants along this strip that are worth the time and money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the best breakfast in a long time! The best part about it is the staff! Haven't had amazing service in many years, but this was outstanding! I'm in the hospo industry myself and I would be willing to steal these guys in a heartbeat! Well done team! Can't wait to see you all again
