I have asked them to make a call in advance before they come to me, but never listen at all. when I call to them to check where my car is and then they said this afternoon. and driver called me in front of my property. How do I manage my schedule? why is it so hard for them to just make a call in advance. Stay away

I needed to bring a small sail boat down from Waikawa, Rob the driver rang me an hour prior to turning up just to re-assure me that all was going to plan. Rob was diligent, academic, calm and very very throughout the two day journey. Highly recommend the PTS team for any freight challenges!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car delivered in 4 weeks to find out they had damaged it. And to get them to pay out was an effort.. I had to take a lose deal.. I could not understand how they damaged it. if there business is towing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was delivered to me broken into, trashed inside and property stolen. Staff weren't interested in helping me, didn't even get a sorry. The excuse they offered to me for leaving it unlocked with the key inside was that is was a "non runner". I would never recommend anyone, ever use this company to transport their pride and joy, ever. BE WARNED.
