★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public toilets & parking area at the bottom of the Ohope hill. The facilities are a bit dated but they're clean and there is toilet paper so you can't ask for much more really. Location is fantastic, right on the beach with kowhai & pohutukawa around the place. The car park isn't an overnight park so no camping is permitted.
