β β β β β Absolutely appalling services. I have been told multiple different answers which contradict eachother. Been told to bring forms in which i have then received letters saying i didnt, then to be told the person actually put i hadnt when it was all in my files. Then i was told i would be contacted back as a person had no clues on the answer to my question. NEVER got a call back or email or even a letter as i had requested. Then my partner called and the person he got hold of had zero clues on how to answer either. I called, yet again (4th time), and asked to speak to my case manager. Was told id get a call back by 48 hours. I have now been waiting for another 5 days for that call back and nothing!!!!!
From the beginning this has been going on for nearly 3 months now!!!! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 MONTHS TO BE APPROVED FOR A KIWI CITIZEN TO RECEIVE GOVERNMENT HELP! I have had zero income for 3 months now and we have been struggling to the point of having to starve and I have now not been able to breast feed my baby. You have made me feel like less of a mother and now less of a person.
So very dissapointed in this system and its lack of help.

β β β β β Excellent service by Nicole at the front desk. We went in asking for help for a bond, we called the contact centre so many times and they declined us. They (contact centre) didn't find out other help available to people who are working but instead they declined us on the spot. We went into Pukekohe office and we were seen by Aerina Watson, she went out her way to help us. Excellent friendly service and she was very professional. Thank you Aerina for all your help
