★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for our MIQ experience. Justine and the staff were great and did their best in what was tricky circumstances. Food was a bit variable, but it is hard to cater to everyone's palates and staff were always happy to help make experience better. After a tough couple of days when toddlers food was half missing and then didn't turn up the team made a special effort to rectify but also the next day add some special treats for my daughter which was a lovely touch. Would love to come back one day once MIQ days over as run by a great team. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on time but our room wasn't easy, so they up graded us to a suite. Was amazing staff were friendly and kind. The room it's self was so clean and well stocked. We ordered the tasting plate for 2 wow incredible and the cheese board ? on point. Highly recommend and because they weren't exactly central traffic noise was minimal. Will return again

They were just awesome always happy to assist and they really bent over backwards to help when I had a problems ! And there was a few so thanks Aundre you made my life alot easier 110/100 best service I've had out of all the hotels I have been to so far ... Cheers guys ?
