β β β β β Water temperature inconsistent. Rooms reasonable for the price.
Edit: Came back covered in what my GF described as either scabies or some kind of flea/mite bites all over my body and they are really itchy. I think the bed was infested with something. Room 4B. Not happy.

β β β β β The view from our 37th floor room was stunning. The room was very very clean. But the whole hotel and room were a tad run down. Needs an urgent uplift, repaint and some of the shabby fixtures need an upgrade. Good customer service.

β β β β β First of all I have to mention the staff, they honestly couldn't have been more kind or helpful, they're wonderful. Always willing to help with any questions you have and they're always smiling. You're made to feel welcome the moment you step through the door.
The security is fantastic you have nothing to worry about as you have a pass card to let you into the building as well as your room.
The location is amazing, loved it. A three minute walk to The Coffee Club Cafe, five minutes to New World, ten minutes to the water front. And of course plenty of shops along the way. All you need. Oh and I mustn't forget the buses, any bus you need at very regular intervals and very close by.
The room I stayed in was a really decent size with plenty of room to move about in. It was very clean with not a speck of dust.
The washing machine and dryer came in handy so I didn't have to take a load of dirty washing home. The shower was amazing with decent water pressure.
The bed was extremely comfortable, something I was initially worried about as I have fibromyalgia and I need a decent bed for a decent pain free sleep.
There was an air conditioning unit but sleeping on the 4th floor I slept with the ranch slider door wide open figuring you'd have to be spiderman to enter. I also felt safe enough to leave it open during the day while I was out.
I travel to Auckland every five to six weeks and it is the only place I will stay in future.

β β β β β My room was so clean & bright which made it a perfect city stay. Close to the ritzy end of town for food, shopping and walks. Staff were so busy as there are so many suites but they always have time for customers. I would definitely visit again.

β β β β β Clean and a comfortable bed. Pretty run down and features missing like a soap holder in the shower and grate over the hand basin plug hole. The fan was noisy and sounded like it was about to explode. On level 6 but very noisy even at 3am from the street people yelling and laughing. The curtains don't block out the city lights so it's like daylight in your room. The service was ok and quite friendly. Ok for the price of the room.

β β β β β The view in 20C is pretty amazing. You can see both the harbour and sky tower. The facilities are only OK. There is no soft close on toilet lid. The basin is very small, so I have to be very careful when turning on the tap, or the water will splash and wet my shirt. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lift is very fast. But I guess some apartments are either sold or lease out or long term rent out. The guy living upstairs will water the plants every morning and evening. if you stand outside you will get wet, as the balconies are tiny. The sound proof is very poor, I can hear the washing machine upstairs very clearly. The wall is not old.

β β β β β This was my first stay and I was very happy. My room had a separate bedroom, good size bathroom and the bonus of a comfy lounge suite. Best of all it was immaculately clean.

β β β β β Reasonably priced and great location, close to a variety of amenities and public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Noticed security on door on Friday night but not Saturday which would of been helpful with the drunken disorderly behaviour of some of the hotelβs guests. Therefore uncomfortable situation and can be quite frightening.
A bit odd with the room setup, booked a one bedroom unit, was given a two bedroom unit but with the bathroom and second bedroom locked. Building not setup for that, either donβt offer one bedroom unit or say itβs an upgrade, Iβd be more inclined to return.
