β β β β β I donβt think they deserve one star at all, when I booked my appointment for my sonβs haircut at 4:30pm the hairdresser said ok but when we went there at 4:25 pm this lady with her daughter who hasnβt booked was in b4 us and he said I will have to wait 20 minutes? HELLO..... what is wrong with this hair salon? If u canβt keep a schedule just tell customers you donβt take prior bookings! Waste of time, will never go back again.

β β β β β I have been going to ANNA for about 5 years. Every time I show her (on my phone) a different picture of how I would like my hair cut and every time she gets it right. She has ALWAYS done a GREAT job, I tell her that she can never give it up. I love the βcutsβ she gives me. Show her a picture of how you want your hair to look.

β β β β β Wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone I've never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcomed.
If I could rate this salon a zero I would trust me I never make complaints but paying customers need to know what their paying for -I wish I did, I wouldn't have gone here!
I was at the salon from 10am-5.45pm. Only times Jenny talked is when I asked her qs. She made me feel like I was a nuisance like she just wanted to get the job over & done with. At one point she yelled at me I had to calmly tell her she didn't need to yell while I kept my cool. At the end while taking photos of my new hair I didn't realise she was waiting at the counter for me because she walked off didn't say anything she then comes back over says to me with a attitude demanding I come & pay. Anyways I paid & went to sit back down to touch up on my hair then the older lady who works there comes over asking me "aren't you tired" & kept repeating herself basically hinting for me to leave.
The next day I realised my hair wasn't even cut to a blunt cut which is what I asked for & my hair was completely FRIED only thing u could do is chop it all off. I enquired at a few different salons so I can get it fixed but called SMH about the haircut I received & they were going to charge me again I explained to Jenny I wanted a blunt cut anyways went to the salon & wow I couldn't wait to get out of there. First of all her she needs to drop the attitude even my sister who was with me said she had a stink attitude on top of that she cut my hair crooked! Had to get her to fix it meanwhile she's getting annoyed talking under her breath saying "oh my god" aswell as laughing with her coworker talking in their language obviously about us like excuse me IF YOU DID THE JOB RIGHT THE 1ST TIME I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO COME BACK A 2ND TIME!! Would have been a regular customer but not after that shocking service.

β β β β β Outstanding service. Was on a crunch time to get my hair black to light brown and the lady did an amazing job. So pleased with my new hair. With the short time I had with a deadline there were two people blow drying one head and they did a majestic job. Highly recommend. Thanks guys you rock.

β β β β β Never trust this place! The owner is very tricky Iβve called a week early to book with woman owner for my mum. which I have mentioned to the male owner a few times on the phone. And when we were there for appointment, the staff told us that, sheβs on the holiday for a month. When we confronted the male owner, why he didnβt let us know that his wife is not here when we booked with her, at first he still tried to trick us to get hair done with the staff, we refused, and told him that he wasted our time with all the hassle to drive all the way here, as we have baby and old people with us,it takes a lot hassle. Very dishonest people there. Will never come back!

β β β β β Worst hair cut I have ever had. I never left a bad review but this is on a whole new level. He picks up half head hair and cut at once. The whole cut only took 10 mins like heβs in a rush. Doesnβt really speak any English very hard to communicate. Now I have to cut my hair short because his rubbish technique. I can cut hair better than him.

β β β β β The worst hair salon IHave ever beenοΌThey charge me $350 for an ash purple color,(short hair),but the hair only last for less than 1 week.They even asked me to buy their shampoo to keep the color longer,but it is totally useless,It is a total waste of money,will never come back
