Friendly and knowledgeable staff but issues with communication, record keeping and follow-up of issues have let them down.
Apparently new systems are in place so that these issues will be resolved in 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Avoid Avoid. Absolutely terrible Administration and Directorship. Emails and phone calls ignored, maintenance requests ignored. One inspection done in a 10 month period, rather than the every 12 weeks. No accountability or professionalism present. Would never recommend for any prospective tenants or landlords. Don't deserve the one star I have given, but there was no option for zero.
