β β β β β Horrible service!!
We had lunch there, initially very happy to try a new open restaurant. The waitress was absolutely rude! She was talking and chatting to chef in the kitchen all the time, with very loud voice. We tried to call her for some forks, and she said "you take yourself", while there's only one table (us) in the restaurant that time, and she had absolutely nothing to do, but she wouldnt bring us a plate, bowl etc. The portions of food was extremely small, taste was mediocre. When we paid the bill, she didn't look at us, and she didn't say a word.
Horrible restaurant, DO NOT GO, you would be much better off just buying hamburger at McDonald's.

β β β β β Shanghai Scallion Pancakes are divine & delicate, Black Bean Vegetable dish sweet & flavoursome, a meal on it's own, Soup Dumplings with tender filling with a sweet full flavoursome soup... Fond memories of Old Shanghai & the people of Shanghai???

β β β β β Best Shanghai Xiao Long Bao ever. Iβm Shanghainess. This is the best one which Iβve tasted in Auckland. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Great dumplings/bao etc, really affordable. Ordering in person is best price, if you use website its 4$ more per dish on avg, and about $8 more for menulog.
Xiao long bao is really good, service is good. Really cute lucky cat, but could use more deco and warmer lighting.

β β β β β The staff there is very rude. We ordered via appοΌ the app showed they have accepted the order and started preparing, and we can pick up in 20mins. But when we arrived, the staff told us that all of the things we ordered are sold out, and told us to leave and solve this with the app in a very bad manner.

β β β β β I'm sorry to have to give you a negative review but your food was not good. The rice was stodgy. The sweet and sour pork ribs were little round gooey gristle.The salty chicken was cold, more than room temperature cold which was really not what I expected. I expected it to be warm, and it was really hard to eat because of all the tiny bones which got stuck in our teeth. I ordered the salty chicken but I'm wondering if or was duck!? It felt like it was just all slapped together, no love in the cooking and then warmed in a microwave!!. We will definitely not eat here again. The customer lady was friendly but could've been more informative.
