Staff has no idea what they're doing; apparently the bullying is really bad there and the owner is quite unfriendly.
Dreadful place.

Also known as Stockaid, their online retail shop, You will actually get better service from the retail branch.Low quality clothing which shrinks unevenly, You get what you pay for with these guys, they are cheap, and the service is nasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable supplier. Phoned today to see where backorders from April are. “Winter” work garments are not due back in stock until October! Winter garments ready for summer. Will summer garments arrive in time for winter?? Not what our customers want. Not the first time either. A purchasing department that waits till winter to order winter work gear. NO purchases NO sales dah its common sense. We have been lucky enough to source our winter gear from a supplier in Aussie. Cheaper to even when $ converted. Being out of stock = missing a lot of profit for the company. Wanted to speak to the CEO but she apparently finishes at 3. What CEO finishes at 3 daily? A CEO that is not making a big difference. This company could be flying ahead with its products but instead seems stalled and going backwards with its promises over the last few years. The Puchasing Dept and CEO are the main coils of a sucesseful company but not in this case. Especially if theres as many other back orders as we have ourselves over multiple companies! This is a company that could be making a big difference on the NZ market is not even making a dent. Not having “winter” stock for “winter” will be having an impact on the bottom line. Not to mention all the other B/Os that are not in for weeks on end. Not worth putting an order in as get told out of stock over and over. Company has been move t the botoom of our supplier list and listed as unreliable as I am sure will have happened with other of there customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say but 12 months ago this was a top safety company, I'm not sure what has happened but the service, or lack of service, is appalling to say the least. Staff have very little product knowledge and do not have the ability to make decisions. Have had it with excuses about new staff members, Poor staff retention shows poor management. Maybe you can treat customers like this in South Africa, Not in NZ where there is more choice. Pick up the ball Qsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the worst company I have dealt with and the staff seem pleasant enough, However a ridiculous returns policy and lack of consultation with products being swapped out for lesser quality items without notice lets them down. When i rung to discuss the issue I received a flat "thats our policy sorry" reply.I asked for a manager or supervisor to call three days ago but not a peep. Sad to say but Amtech has filled the gap very well and we will move to them as first choice.

Quality Safety provided me with all the product information I needed and even provided me with my buy price of the company in my area. Made my life 10 times easier. Would highly recommend to all company’s who are looking at purchasing safety items for their customers to contact this company.
