The worst car repair workshop I have ever been. I called them to book a full car service and WOF. On the phone, I told them the lights for my handbrake and ABS brake were on occasionally and asked them to check. They said it might be difficult to determine as the lights are not on all the time.
After I dropped off my car, they called me and said they found the problem. The ABS pump needs to replace. A second hand costs $500. I told them I would think about it but they said then they won't give me the new WOF unless it is fixed.
OK, then I paid $500 to replace with a second-hand ABS pump. After three days, the lights are on again, nothing has been fixed. I brought my car back and left there for a whole day for them to fix. When I picked it up, they told me it was because of the faulty second-hand pump. Now it has been fixed and they have tested drive for a long distance to make sure no issues. When I looked at my petrol, 1/4 tank of my petrol was gone. Then after two or three days, the lights are on again. They have never been fixed after I paid them $500.

They are helpful and are very happy to answer any car-related questions. Sometimes you can even look up close with the mechanic to see what problems your car has.
Any time I have an issue with my car I always come and visit the team here.
Just a heads up they can get busy some days so be patient and the team will be happy to help you out.

They recommended a fit-for-purpose solution for my car, and not some outrageous costly fix (I have an old car). My son's car had a braking problem, and Jeff offered to come to my house to assess the issue and even took the car back to the workshop at no extra charge. And they fixed the problem very promptly too. I have one happy son.Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Quality Automotive Repair are super efficient and affordable too. Have been taking my cars to them for 3 years now and will continue to do so. They don't beat around the bush and are very direct when it comes to estimating repairs and even finishing them.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone in East Auckland or willing to travel across the city for good car service.

Brand new tires, breaking pads, window vipers, wheel alignment, full service.. Even explained what to do to prevent the chain noise.
Dropped the car at 2.30. 2 hrs later they called with a very good quote. I picked up the car next day at 10.30am!
Very happy, car is flying now ?
