When we had a family, Rachel was there with all the info I needed to know, as with starting (and ending) businesses, she's always a friendly voice on the phone telling you exactly what you need to know - even if it's not always what you want to hear! :)

She was so helpful when we started a business and had no idea how to manage the accounts, she always is open to meet in person and spend great time with you to help you out. When life throws financial curveballs she is always there to meet and help you sort it out. She never charges for these meetings just comes with her service and friendly smile! I have always found her fair, communicative, prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I recommend her to everyone!

Many of the family have also now moved to Quartermain Accountancy because the service offered is so good. Rachel and the group are always there to help with queries and get any work required done in a good turnaround period. The personal approach where you don't feel like a number works very well for us, illustrated by little touches such as email reminders to pay tax.
