β β β β β Alert to illegal charges and demands, record everything and do not hesitate to bring issues to mediation or tribunal.

β β β β β Do not deal with this company. Very poor landlords/managers.. They do not do anything about any issues around your house. Also speak very poor English (they are Chinese) and when you are in their office they will talk Chinese in front of you between themselves so you don't know what they are discussing. Very rude and difficult to deal with. Run, run far away and do not deal with them. Hopefully we among the reviewing populous can do them out of business.

β β β β β Purpose of using property manager, because they act on behalf of landlord and handle all the process however Queen St Realty doesn't really good job and rather manage by myself. lack of communication and unprofessional manner. Look at other company like Wendell's they are successful because they are professional and take business serious.

β β β β β worst real estate agent I have ever come across - do not I repeat DO NOT rent or go with this agency - decision I will regret for a life time. Thousands lost from a house rented out by them and nothing was done to reconcile or fix the issues. Very lucky they have not being shut down. Record everything if you have no other choice and stand your ground.
