★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room wasn’t vacuumed, Someone’s mask and chips were there, We requested staff to clean the room but nobody came. Side tables were very dirty. Next day housekeeping came but she finish bedding and washroom and still didn’t clean the table. We have to ask her again and the she cleaned the tables. Check In and check out was super fast though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room service was shocking, and rooms aren't thought out properly, not functional at all, eg they have night lamps by the bed but when you turn the master switch off you can't use the night light, and with the master switch on, the downs lights are on. Reception staff were very helpful though. Parking entry is very very narrow and car park isn't big either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service in the hotel as always in Accor hotels. Big rooms and delicately furnished. Only let downs are the noise insulation as you can hear your neighbour upstairs and the breakfast at the Lone Star is really frugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice room, clean and tidy with good amenities. Great internet access, with a lovely reception team welcoming you on check in. The location is a little further away from where I needed to be but was quiet and the view out of the window in the room spectacular. Don't forget Lonestar on ground level for breakfast lunch and dinner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room but don't look on the very dusty top shelf in the room. No tissues, one toilet roll, no room information, nothing to leave notes, just a bit odd. No designated drop off area so had to pay park and walk. Very steep road there. Dinner next door, nah, don't do it. Odd carpet colour makes it look mouldy. First shower not hot next person ok. Comfy bed. Not a first choice to stay again. Staff were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quiet oom and got one at the back of the hotel with only one common wall. the interior design of the room is very unique and makes good use of the of the relatively small space. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very high quality. room service is minimal but it's located close to lots of cheap restaurants. I especially liked the floor to ceiling windows which open up the room with lots of light and gave access to local district views. staff are friendly and attentive and made me very welcome. I will booking in again on my next visit to Auckland.
