★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EK property is really fast and reliable. When we first apply we got our first visit for the next day, while we were waiting for the apartment to be available they helped us find an accomodation because we were still living in our van.
All the apartments are clean and nicely furnished you just need to bring your bedsheets. Usually the rent is per month.
Kay , Emmanuel and the team are all nice people , thank you very much for your smiles and good job !
We totally recommend if you are looking for an apartment in Auckland (especially couples)

Always asking if everything is ok in the flat so I really recommend this company if you want to start over or find a new place in Auckland.

Their communication with us was regular and they were both very easy to deal with. I highly recommend their services and when the opportunity arises we will be using them again.

I had contacted several other property management companies but they all were hesitant to rent to a student on a gap year and most wanted too much or didn't seem genuine. That's when I discovered EK Property and their team. They were EXTREMELY professional and genuinly cared about me finding the best living situation that was possible for me. I have dealt with several property managment companies in multiple countries and I truely cannot say I have had a better experience than I did with EK Property. These are people who you can trust and really care about their clients. To say they went the extra mile for me would be an understatement.
