โ โ โ โ โ Great location BUT - people breaking rules and smoking on balconies (and chucking the buds on your balcony - and body corp not being able to do anything about it!), AirBnB tenants treating the place like second-grade hotel (leaving mess in elevators/hallways etc.), pool being used for many things OTHER than swimming, no recycling options, apartments with the cheapest possible low quality chattels and furnishings, 3 possibly the slowest elevators on the planet, people vomiting over your balcony, students partying without any consequences... this is simply a good place for students BUT not suitable for professionals or young families.

โ โ โ โ โ Great location! I mean awesome... it is a the end of the queen street or the beginning depending of where you are! Swimming pool and gym? Yes. convenience store near by? Yes. Bus stop near by? Yes. Cinema near by? Yes. Restaurants near by? Yes. Sky bus stop near by? Yes. Pharmacy near by? Yes. Parking near by? Yes. I donโt give this location 5 starts because there at least 80 apartments and there is not a real control of who enters the building...
