This included getting our new house tenant ready direct from the builder and tenanted within 2 weeks. They also followed up on a few minor defects which really made the process easy for us because we stay outside of Queenstown. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the fourteen years the Accommodation Centre has managed the property, I know the main areas of inspection, vetting of potential tenants, payment of bills on my behalf and guidance on how to respond to government legislation, are most important and reassuring to me. Also trust between myself and The Accommodation Centre is important. Another reassuring aspect is The Accommodation Centre's knowledge and business relationship with local traders when there is something that needs attending to.
