Louise is a wonderful host and her rooms are warm and contemporary.
Breakfast is freshly cooked to order an the aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you before Louise warm smile at breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked this place quite alot. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. I thoroughly recommend Queeenstown House to all visitors including professionals wanting a quiet escape and superior service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location to visit Queenstown, close enough to all tourist activities, but not in the middle of the noisy crowds. Spectacular view of lake and mountain from the breakfast room, breakfast is definitely a nice start for the day of traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time in New Zealand and the first place we arrived so maybe it's like this everywhere, but so far the amenities and staff are wonderful. Lake view, downtown accessible, happy hours and breakfast provided, plus the staff is as courteous and helpful as they could be. Great recommendations for local spots and plenty of instructions for making the most of our stay here in Queenstown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully appointed rooms. Large clean and very comfortable. Only downside, the very steep hill walk back to the hotel from the town. This hotel is not suitable for anyone with a mobility problem unless prepared to use taxi at a cost of$8 NZ dollars a time. However would recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts Samantha and Paul are wonderful and welcoming. The hotel is so very comfortable, luxurious and all your needs are catered for in the most amazing way. The linin is super soft. The beds are devine. The breakfast is to die for. The views are stunning. The walk to town is short so you get a great work out and can wander about central Queenstown to shop, eat, swim in the lake or visit the art gallery within 5 minutes walk from Queenstown House. It's an easy walk to get the bus to the skifields and we skiied Coronet Peak, Remarkables and Cardrone. Just the best 5 STAR LUXURY holiday ever!! We will be returning as soon as we can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic boutique hotel, within walking distance to everything in Queenstown. 5 mins walk to the snow centre for the ski buses up the Remarkables and Coronet Peak. Peter Ray is an excellent host, really made us feel welcome. The room and facilities were really lovely and the continental breakfast was extensive and delicious. This place has stunning views of the mountains and the town. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're heading to Queenstown.

I have stayed in most of the larger chain hotels in Queenstown and all have been dissapointing. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff/ owners very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning.
