★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small but good. Views from the room is fine. Main problem is that breakfast has very less options for the vegetarians, professional service lacking, breakfast not serving after 9:30, under average service. Could do definitely better. Service could be more professional and better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife treated us to a short break to queenstown for my 50th birthday which was made even more special by this gem of a place.
The owners were wonderful hosts and always smiling.
The breakfast was perfect.
The rooms were spotless, small but perfect for short stays. The views from our window was magical.
The town centre is a pleasant easy 10min walk.
Highly recommend this place for couples.
If you have a problem climbing stairs this place hasn't a lift.
Not a criticism but just pointing it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, Very clean and very comfortable. Each room was well appointed and had everything we could need when you are holidaying away fom home. My husband and I travel a lot but due to lack of time I review very infrequently but I had to review this especially for the amazing breakfast.

I honestly cannot give this hotel enough compliments. Everything about it is absolutely perfect. It has to be our favourite hotel in the world. It is just so relaxing and you would never know that you are in the middle of Queenstown. All of the staff are very friendly and treat you as a friend and a special mention to Shashank the manager who will always stop for help. Breakfast was excellent and particularly considering they are included in the room rate.
Can't wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing worth remembering is there was no aircon in our bedroom (wasn't advertised so was not expected and didn't bother us). Beautiful and comfortable space with a welcoming host. Looks family owned and run so they take pride in. We had the best sleep in ages and a fantastic view of the mountains, lake and stars at night. Clean place, GREAT breakfast and parking. Would absolutely stay here again.

When doing your booking, make sure you check whether or not you are getting lake view of mountain view.
The owner manager is nice and friendly.
Cooked breakfast provided serving portion is rather small, however together with the continental breakfast, you will have a heavy breakie.
