★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So badly constructed, dirty . Parking needs re-surfacing, I mean whole property need renovation. Need more parkings. Not recommend . Will definately not coming back. Thanks for giving bad experience. Staff needs to be more professional. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place advertises itself as a hotel on their window at reception which it definitely is not. Was dissapointed as soon as I walked in. I rung them straight away and was told I've already had one day even though I never got there until 5.30pm as I was told I couldn't check in until after 4pm. I told them the room was very cold, one thin blanket. Was told there was more in the cupboard, it was painted shut. Broken light above bed which swung when touched, shelf on door of fridge broken, when light on in bathroom anyone walking down alleyway that backs onto bathroom and kitchen you can see the silhouette of person and see what they're wearing (I got daughter to check). Head board half hanging of side of bed. Because they were going to charge me anyway I had to stay one night. In the morning after showering there was a puddle between shower and toilet obviously shower leaks, the windows were dripping in condensation and there was this white disgusting stuff down the windows which obviously hadn't been cleaned from the last person, carpet looked filthy. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to staying here as the photos on line looked great but certainly didn't show what we walked into. The only good thing was they did credit me back two days that I didn't stay but that was through booking dot com. Certainly wouldnt recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Fantastic views of Lake and mountains. The room itself is dated and in need of some maintenance. Some additional rails or a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be useful for hanging wet towels on. Curtains on the kitchen window and door would shut out more light and make sleeping easier. On the plus side we got the room for a very good rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at lakeside motel, room had black mold on the roof above the window which looked like it had been painted over. No smoke alarms in room, could hear everything from either room on each side to the point of hearing them vomiting and the other side snoring. The skip in the driveway was overflowing and stunk to high heavens. The laundry is filthy and smelly. The whole place is a dump, so out dated, it's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed, but not enough bedding and no spare blankets. Just a very thin fleece blanket. The electric blanket helped bit not really enough for warmth.
The shower was good.
The toilet wouldn't flush properly and took 5 or more tries each time we used it.
Cold room, but a great view out to the lake. Handy location to town and off street parking which was super handy.
Staff allowed us to leave our vehicle there while we went into town after we checked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to town, very nice view by the lake. Booked in summer, there's no Aircon/fan but it's all good. Spacious room, basic necessities included, just not enough privacy. Carpark needs renovation though. The bathroom has no exhaust fan thus need to open the window where other occupiers may pass by, thus may not be that convenient.
