★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Albany for a funeral and this is a hotel I would certainly recommend. Of course it was spotless. The staff who greet you at the front counter were excellent. Great value for money and I will absolutely stay there again should I ever need to return to the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean apartments with all the facilities needed for a short or longer stay. Reception staff are friendly and make the stay even better. Location is good, but I had a car so not sure what it would be like on foot/bus. Stayed here twice and both times were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim Park the owner/***ager is a superb host and will make sure all your needs are catered for. The location is great to walk to nearby restaurants,diary and liquor store. The facilities are nice and more modern than expected but try to avoid arriving after hours if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Auckland for the Under 20 football World Cup and this was an excellent location for games at North Harbour Stadium, being within easy walking distance. The room was very comfortable and well set out with plenty of room. There is no cafe/restaurant on site though there are a number of eateries very close by and because these are self contained units, I had everything I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest Albany is the best place EVER! The rooms are clean and have EVERYTHING you need. There's a washer, dryer, dishwasher- everything! Even a vegetable peeler! The rooms are quiet if you need to study and they are of a good size. Parking is easy and you can walk to Massey easily. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Jim Park is THE GREATEST! Stop reading reviews and mucking about and book a wonderful home away from home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be VERY careful when booking here we drove 3 hours to arrive there only to be told we need an actual credit card to be able to stay here but was not told this in our reservation emails we had a debit card thats like a credit card but this was not good enough then she had the cheek to say we can stay if we pay a $500 bond!!! The room was only 299 she did not help and was not understanding lucky we found a better place that allowed debt cards
