β β β β β The room was very small. No baths. Had a nice shower and toilet. Lovely kitchen. Good parking area. Heated the room too much. Excessibke parking. Service was a little lacking.

Cushions, couch need replacing as are stained. Weird smell in hall and entrance to room.
No cafe on-site anymore which is disappointing.
Gym is down the road and there's no membership discount. They shouldn't be advertising theses amenities if not offering some sort of connection/diacount.

β β β β β I donβt normally do reviews unless I have had a fantastic experience, or unfortunately on this occasion, a terrible one. Very expensive for the condition and quality on offer. For a fairly new place, our room was looking tired and run down. There was scuffed paint on the walls, the carpet looked worn and an unpleasant odour was coming from the bathroom floor waste. We had to do an after hours check in due to a delayed flight and it took forever for someone to answer the phone. When they finally answered, the line went dead and I had to call back again. It took some time for that call to be answered again too. We were given two swipe cards - one of these didnβt work on our apartment door which we found out the following day. It was largely inconvenient as we had friends minding our daughter while we were at a wedding and they couldnβt get into the room. Again, the same issues calling the after hours line to remedy. I raised the swipe card and after hours issues upon checking out and they didnβt really seem too bothered about it. Then to top things off, I have just now received a phone call asking if I had βaccidentally taken a bed runnerβ - effectively accusing us of stealing! Extremely poor experience all round and feel totally ripped off at what we paid to stay there.

β β β β β Incredible staff, excellent communication, convenient location. Right beside the park and ride Albany, takeaways,restaurants supermarket,westfield and everything else. Very clean and tidy rooms and well stocked up. We stayed here for 2 months as we were stuck in Auckland. Would like to thank the whole team and the management for taking good care of us. Everything was available whenever we requested. Thank you for making our stay smooth and worth while. Definitely recommending to friends and family and staying here again when we come back to NZ for vacation. Keep up the good work as a team as this is what customers need for their stay. Thank you again. β€
