★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3+ star facility, 1 star customer service. Had to wait around upon arrival so the service desk couldn't sort out a request to extend the stay by one night. Next day voice mail from hotel saying I'm only booked in for a single night...Tried calling back (numerous times!) no answer and never returned my calls. All comms were not sympathetic nor apologetic for the hassle they've caused. My office also confirmed whoever made the initial booking was rude. On checkout they've also initially refused (and acted they couldn't understand) that I've paid for a twin studio, but they've offered me a single studio - hence the rate should be cheaper. All this accumulated to a very disappointing interaction and a lot of wasted time. I hope the management will see this and work toward training their customer service staff - so the business customers alike may reconsider staying again at Quest Highbrook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was tidy and clean on entry. Stayed 11 days house cleaning was poor. The girls at the front desk were lovely. But the guy was rude and lied gave me a excuse about the no desterbed sign on the door handle that I never once put up

Nice to see an ecofriendly version of the hotel services and wifi details which were displayed on the tv.
We had the 2 rooms with both rooms having an en suite, kitchen adequately equipped plus has washing machine and dryer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel situated close to the foreshore. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, excellent checkin experience and well appointed rooms. Plenty of food options just steps away which can be all charged back to your room at the Quest… Well done everyone !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern, bright rooms. Spotlessly clean. Came with washer and dryer.
The only downside was nowhere nearby to have breakfast on a Sunday morning.
Best hotel of my trip so far at reasonable price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning. The place is stunning, the rooms are so bright, it feels really clean. It’s extremely cheap for what it’s worth. It’s beautiful, the interior is beautiful, bright and vibrant , the staff are so nice and lovely. Our room was clean, our bed was clean and cozy. The main reception is beautiful. Granted I was late but the duty manager was so lovely. They even have small packs you can pre purchase for breakfast in the morning. Quick and easy, and they really paid attention to detail. If I could I’ll give this place a 100/10. Love it so much.
