I met the owners twice, a lovely couple who were very open to keeping their property in good order, so if anything needed doing, Quinovic were very prompt at getting things fixed. I had a good relationship with my Property Manager Vicki and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use this Company in the future. Thank you Vicki, Stacey and Michael :)

He chased us up for documents we had forgotten about during the move which was for the benefit of tenant and lanflord. And thanks for all the recommendations for services e.g J & J services for rubbish collection. If you're ftom outside Tauranga, then Robert can definitely help your transition to make it as easy as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply a top notch property management company. They're not generating leads for a sales department. They're not a one man/woman/or other band with antiquated systems. They're not building a rent roll to sell off to someone else in a few years. If you value your own time and want to leverage the skills of experienced professionals, it'd definitely be worth giving them a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to endorse the services of Quinovic and in particular, Robert Fourie who was my Property Manager for a long period of time.
Robert was professional in his interactions with me at all times. He looked after my property, and my interests, but he also ensured that I was informed about my obligations as a landlord and he made sure that I honoured them all. It’s a fine balance and he did it well! I particularly liked his prompt communications, his attention to detail and his willingness to seek quotes and help me make decisions that were in the best interests of myself, the tenants and the overall property and its residual value too.
When my tenants decided to leave the property, I made the decision to sell the property. At that point of time, Robert could have (quite reasonably) downgraded his service levels, but instead he went above and beyond to ensure that my property was left in optimum condition and ready for market.
I have advised Robert that I would not hesitate to use his services again should I become a landlord in the future. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and as a first-time landlord, I couldn’t have asked for more.
