What happens next
We're happy to meet with your body corporate committee at any time to discuss our services, and how we may be able to assist. There’s no charge for our time or our advice. The services of a body corporate manager can only be terminated at a general meeting of relevant stakeholders. The same rule applies to the appointment of a new manager. On day one, we will be ready to step in and hit the ground running.
What are your legal obligations?
Under the Unit Titles Act 2010, the process of changing a body corporate manager is relatively simple. As long as the committee or majority of body corporate members have agreed to the change, we can assist with the process. If you’re not sure what contract you have with your body corporate manager, we can review this for you and provide advice on how to make a change.

It’s okay if you are not sure if you are ready for a switch. All discussions are kept confidential, so you don’t need to worry. Our team would never disclose our conversations to any other parties, including your current manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris and her team have managed my rental property in Tauranga for five years. During that period the house was never empty, there were four changes of tenancy over the period and every time the new tenants moved in a day or two after the incumbents departed.
I am in the military and am often overseas and un-contactable, Chris dealt with all tenant issues and arranged maintenance, and contractor access with minimal input from me, which was excellent. Chris managed steady rent increases and tenants were always vetted so no issues with missed rent or damage.
Chris was also very helpful when it came time for me to sell the property, allowing access for estate agents and helping to smooth things over with the tenants during the sale process.
I would highly recommend Chris and her team to any investors who need reliable management of their property with minimal input.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tenant connect realty were at times difficult to deal with. We were always tenants who paid our rent and water bills promptly. Yet at Christmas received a condescending letter reminding us not to have too much fun and forget to pay our rent. Seemed a bit rude and unnecessary in our situation.
Upon vacating the property we were advised after the final inspection that there were couple of things that we needed to return and take care of. Which we did the following day. Then 3 days later, we were advised that someone else had done a final inspection and now there were a couple of other things that needed to be done. But as the new tenants were about to move in that day, we would be charged for a couple of professional cleaners to come in and do the job. We were never given the opportunity to rectify a couple of quick cleaning jobs.
An extremely disappointing outcome and very poorly managed. An apology was very hard to come by.
Obviously a property management team that are strongly loyal to owners and patronising to tenants at best.
