★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, clean, ideal location, great facilities- only down fall was staff are stand-offish not welcoming or friendly and kind of in a bad mood. Customer service can be improved for sure. Also a little noisy on the roads at night but that’s to be expected due to location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good size rooms. Cleaning not very good, food stains and badly stained curtains, bathroom very tired, shower over very narrow tub,wall sockets hanging off wall, fan in bathroom not working. To be honest the whole place feels dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in need of a revamp. Room was clean though. Unsure of the purpose of a $250 bond though as its refunded on checkout and it isn't like they inspect the rooms? If you get parking included you can't get back down to the basement if you've left anything in your car without reception buzzing you down which was a bit weird. Bed was comfy, and I can see if you were on the side facing Fanshawe St it'd probably be quite noisy but wasn't too bad on the Hobson St side. I think bathrooms are in need of an upgrade, cracked tiles and a shower over bath with a shower curtain felt a bit gross cause it was quite narrow so hard to shower without the curtain touching you. Water pressure really good despite the shower hose leaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here 22-24 of Janauary 2022, when i arrived there were no warm welcome they just look really disappointed employees. There was outrage that it was $250 for a bond there was nearly price of 2 nights. Got to my room and was disappointed mole on the drain on the bathroom, shower to small and had to bend over to wash my hair, had dirty curtains and the bed was really uncomfortable. The only good thing was the sauna they had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at reception were helpful, but the facilities were very tired, the staff in the restaurant lacked training ad motivation. Bar snacks were late and did not meet the menu's description, an attempt to make a Margarita led to a very small drink, not filled up to the brim in the wrong glass, and when we went for a takeaway coffee in the morning, the Barista wanted us to wait while he set up all the takeaway cups and lids (there was no one else waiting). The old room was what it was, but the new room lacked a mirror in the room (one in the bathroom, but where do you dry your hair or put on makeup up. Also no point leaving just one sachet of body wash and shampoo when two people staying.
