★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful and faultless. We were left in the lurch by another (quite rude and condescending) rental company, who did not actually have the car we booked, but did not inform us of this until we went to pick it up.
The staff at Rent a Dent were understanding and sympathetic and went above and beyond to find us a car that was perfect under such short notice, and at half the price of the other company. And returning the car was an absolute breeze. We will definitely be going there again. To us, they are incomparable. 10/10.

We went on a Vacation a few months ago and got screwed over by another car rental company, but these guys came to the rescue.
Excellent cars (they are the only ones with a Manual)
Incredible value, and I mean incredible. A THIRD of the price of everyone else
The Staff were FANTASTIC, very friendly and cheered us up.
And when returning the car it was incredibly smooth.
I look forward to the next time we head to the Hawkes Bay, so we can go through them again.

The cars were just what we needed and the requested booster and baby seats were all fitted and ready for us to drive away. All in all a first class service. Do not look anywhere else for your rental car needs.

He also drove us to the entrance of the airport to assist my elderly mum who has difficulty walking. I very much appreciated the help.
