We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are simply incompetent! They are rude, they don't take responsibility, they make promises they break by extensive amounts of time. I can not express how terrible this company is to deal with.

We recently moved all our print requirements away from Caxton after being treated like a number; great to see Greg smashing it at Rainbow and have just had 7 pallets of specialised boxes printed by Rainbow amongst our endless supply of business cards and other stationary needs!
