Handy to everything, restaurants, supermarket, library, bars. Secure covered parking.Have stayed twice and will stay at every opportunity. Value for money and every room has a view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband booked an apartment with two rooms in May 2022. We arrived back to the hotel late after dinner, and upon getting ready for bed I noticed that there was a stain on the sheets of the bed in the master bedroom. As a result I slept on top of the bed with a blanket. They also advertise in their Cleaning and Safety Practices - "Enhanced cleanliness measures". My husband advised Reception of the issue as we checked out and he was instructed to send an email to the hotel with his complaint. We are now into June and my husband has sent an email and I have also sent an email and received no response or follow up. Apart from the dirty sheets, the apartment was spacious, and as we didn't use any other facilities I can't comment on those, however the lack of response from the Hotel is disappointing and does nothing to recommend them or their service for any future stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally travel for work, I stayed here last week in room 613 and it was good the room was spacious but no AC. I came back and stayed in room 512 and the housekeeping forgot to make my room/bed. I called the operator and I was informed that there is a do not disturb sign at my door but that is a lie I don't have it. The operator said I can't do anything about it our housekeeper is done for the day. No apologies, unfriendly, unpolite staff. I will not recommend and I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room 718 was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. The staff and residence were lovely and friendly, close to cafe and bars and a short stroll to the beach. Family thought we were at Tauranga with the photos we took. Saved petrol and stayed close. Will definitely stay again.
