★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Christchurch and enrolled here. My very first experience here was not positive at all. I went to get my whooping cough injection and the nurse Marilyn Herbert was extremely rude. I wanted it in my right arm as I am left handed but she responded with "Oh you will be fine, its the easiest jab ever it won't hurt." And then proceeded to go and do it in my left arm. I spoke again and said no I want it in my right and then she just rolled her eyes and done it. The only positive thing about this experience was dealing with the doctor Nicki McKay. She was super pleasant and listened and helped me get what I needed. The relief receptionist also quoted me the wrong price for the whooping cough jab over the phone and even though there was a sign behind her on the wall. Then the normal receptionist was rude and spoke to me like I was dirt under her shoe. Not a good experience and will be moving doctors.
