Last month we had our 1st property inspection with her and we are pretty amazed how she handles the inspection. She is very concern with our safety and comfort. One of the best Property Manager ever!!!! This lady deserves a raise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, we were apprehensive about using a Property Manager for our St Heliers Bay rental, but Andrea Boussicot allayed our worries from our first phone conversation and subsequent meeting. Not only is she prompt and professional in every sense, but her warm personality, excellent communication and evident competency, instilled confidence in us that we had made the right decision to engage her.
Andrea quickly grasped our personal concerns, expectations and needs and was able to address and explain each one articulately and logically. She lays out her proposals at each step of a process then after discussion and our affirmation, efficiently carries them out. She is respectful, reliable and her work ethic is irrefutable.
It is so refreshing to experience Andrea's style of personal customer service, which was seen of old, but is not seen so much, in today's fast-paced, cutthroat world.
We cannot recommend Andrea highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Andrea Boussicot as a Property Manager, her customer service, attitude, and friendliness far surpass that of any other PM I've had, and I've been renting for a number of years now.
Throughout the application process, she kept me informed of the next steps by both email and text, I wasn't left guessing if I had been successful or not and she stuck to the timeline given.
She answered all and any questions I had quickly and professionally and was/is always available by text which is hugely helpful. She took the time to show me through the property when I collected the keys and show me the nuances. Her entry inspection was incredibly detailed and picked up every mark and scratch, if I had a property to let I would absolutely use her services.
I locked myself out one morning and she was super friendly and understanding and lent me the spare keys o I could get back in - phew - lifesaver! She listened to and acknowledged a couple of concerns I had and without hesitation said she would follow through if it became a bigger issue.
Property Managers like Andrea are few and far between (in fact she has been the best I've had yet!), she took the stress away from the rigmarole of the rental process and was understanding of my situation, I hope to use her services for many more years to come. Thank you Andrea :)
