★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the most terrible experience at the Dove Hospice at St Heliers today. Linda, who is apparently the shop manager, was extremely blunt and rude to me. While I understand that Saturday mornings are a little bit more busy than the ordinary business days, that is not an acceptable excuse for her to be that excited and RUDE!!! I wonder how such a person can be trusted to manage staff and coach them in customer service. I am extremely dissapointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gets a three cause some items are too expensive Hospice shops don't pay their rent so items shouldn't be priced on their trendiness or everything would be $20 even CDs..Shop presentation is on point tho and staff are friendly even if not buying there is good stuff here just too dear,?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service - especially from the Fa’afine chap but also the older lady at the counter, like it’s an annoyance to their day serving people. Also the prices are way too high for an op shop. Head on over to the friendly folks at Glenn Innes like we did if you want to support Hospice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop on Sunday with my husband. The old lady at the counter was very unpleasant. I certainly was not welcome there. Some friends of mine told me that they had a same unpleasant experience at St Helliers shop. They said the old lady at the counter ( I’m not sure it was the same lady.) was rude and her attitude was so superior to the customers. Is it because we are Asians? I certainly never go back there again.
