He goes above and beyond for his clients. From preparing the property for sale, right through to the auction and beyond - Bill was AMAZING! Not only did he sell my home - he sold it for a price well above my expectations.

β β β β β Mac Bycroft wasted my time and got mixed up with a different rental property viewing time and I waited almost an hour to find out he was on the other side of the city. Would have been professional if he contacted me first to cancel or postpone the viewing instead I had to call him to find out where he was. I left work early to get there to find out the place wasnβt for me anyway. A real shame, but at least he phoned me back to apologise and explain the dilemma.

His extensive tradie contacts quickly attended to any issues, his counsel on various choices was always right, and his reading of the market and conduct of the sale process was excellent.
