★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed to buy a car, had handshake, salesman agreed to tell us if he had any other buyers as we had first rights to car. We went away so they could come up with a number for our trade. He then txt us to say he sold the car we wanted.
Poor salesmanship. We will buy a Mini elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two issues with Mini. First was that there is white marks, fade on the rubber seals and plastics of the car. The sales rep I spoke too was not interested and just said to give it a clean, when I told him I had he just said I don’t know what it is, then walked away. Very bad service. The next issue was a leak from the aircon unit (I was aware of the wet floors). The service lady I spoke too was excellent, informed me what the issue was, explained time lines. Cannot speak highly enough of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family walked in Sunday afternoon and had one Asian lady and one Asian guy in sales . No one came to ask or help us. You just lost our business ! We wanted to order a new Mini Cooper sport Johnny copper works today . Everyone staff member was texting on their phones. We stayed 30 minutes and they saw us but didn’t come to help . We will take our business some where else . No customer interaction at all from the staff. The manager should look into this urgently and try to remind them what customer service is all about .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely the most impressive team I have dealt with at any car dealership over the years. Cannot fault anything they do. Every time I go in to the dealership I am made to feel very welcome, and definitely feel like a valued client. The team there have the perfect balance of professionalism, mixed with a laid back, fun attitude. They are very knowledgeable and I know my MINI is in the best possible hands for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Auckland Mini Garage. I’ve taken my Mini there a few times now. Everytime it goes in, it comes out with new and exotic fault lights flashing and alarming. When I ask why my mini is suddenly showing fault symbols they claim they were there to start with? This has happened 2 years in a row after simple WOFs, and they are such a hassle to fix.
Also watch out for the service pricing they will try to charge hundreds of dollars to change a light bulb that can easily be done for $15.
All this and more, makes me never want to buy a Mini ever again. It was such a cute car but honestly not worth the hassle.

UNUSUAL MILEAGE SHOWN AT REGISTRATION. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SORTED.IT WAS NOT AND HAD A DIRECT EFFECT ON RESALE VALUE, MANAGER WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND HAD ALOOF ATTITUDE, LIKE CAR BUYING IN THE 70'S, THIS GUY PUTS HONEST CAR DEALERS BACK 30 YEARS, COME ON OWNER, HAVE A WORD WITH PAUL ABOUT THIS...ITS NOT THE WAY PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED, I WAS TOLD YOU WOULD CONTACT ME?
