Bronwyn said she could make dreams come true, we had to pre sell our house before we could go to auction. The day before the auction we had an offer and then we were on our way to auction.... we got it, our dream did come true. The whole team worked so hard on three properties to make ours and the other families properties sell. Shannon has been excellent with communication. She walked me through the process as it had been 18 years since I had sold a house. and at each stage she would communicate what her next action would be and what she advised mine should be. She listened to my concerns and gave good advice while leaving me to make the decision.
Her knowledge of the local market was invaluable. In the end we got a better result than I could have imagined. Thanks Shannon.

Bronwyn Kay and her team were able to accurately evaluate the market place and subsequently sell our home. We were unable to take up residence due to the border restrictions so we were absolutely amazed at the care and compassion that went into the preparation prior to the sale. Distance was not an issue and technology was an important aspect that they handled perfectly.
