Agents who can't be bothered letting prospective tenants know whether their application was accepted or not; agents who don't answer enquiries about properties; and a company that overall gives the sense they could not care less about the service they provide to the public. Would give negative rating if possible. Don't use them!

Having had the opportunity to work with Ray White New Brighton through their residential sales and property management divisions, I have found the entire team professional, up-to-date with current real estate trends and willing to go the "extra mile" when required. Obviously, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to vendors and landlords alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a mailer from a member of staff at this location. I have a no junk sign on my mail box and also live on the other side of town. If I need an estate agent I will Google for one I do not need wasted trees in my mail box!!
