★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caleb has been a huge help to us, even before we entrusted him with selling our house he provided an untold amount of advice to us regarding buying our new property even though it was no benefit to him as it wasn't his listing. When we did list our property for sale with him he kept us in the loop all the way through and did everything possible in our eyes to get the best possible result. On auction day we were certainly not prepared for the outcome, well above what any of us had anticipated.

Caleb and Rebecca have provided excellent service throughout: from providing initial appraisal, then suggestions on how to get the house ready for the open homes (plus a beautiful bouquet to make the house even more beautiful), diligently running the open homes, preparing me for my first auction, to then finally successfully selling the house way above expectations.
And all the way through communicating openly, honestly and regularly enough to keep me up to date about everything that has been happening, or about to happen.
I can highly recommend Caleb and his team and would gladly engage them again at the next opportunity.
