I have never ever had to stop mid way from being served to cancel my order. The service I experienced was absolutely horrible, she was rude from the start there was no acknowledgement and when she did serve me she was quick to snap at me and was completely rude. She spoke in a horrible tone and honestly she looked like she was going to jump of the counter and hit me for interrupting her music she had going on.
I work as a store manger at Burger King and if I had a staff member speak to my paying customers like that there would be a huge inquiry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting customer service from the girl who served my partner and I. She waited awhile to even acknowledge that we were waiting to place an order and when she finally did was rude and snappy from the get go. We were so astonished by how rude she was that we just canceled our order and walked away. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and looking at past google reviews we are not the only people to experience this. I really hope that management look further into this or atleast train their staff on how to appropriately treat paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the sauteed chicken naked burrito many times, always delicious, not today though, picked out heaps of jalapenos and it was still way too spicy. Spoke to the girl in charge who refused to give me the owner's number. Won't be going back.

She really made my afternoon.
Food was great, chicken burrito was fulling and tasty.
Will be coming back again to try other options on the menu.
