About Real Estate Authority

If you choose to use a real estate professional to sell your house, you will be asked to sign an agency agreement. An agency agreement is a legally binding contract. Before signing, make sure you have read and fully understood it and get your lawyer to check it. Your real estate professional must recommend that you get legal advice before signing an agency agreement.
