★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hours service is pathetic. Called the toll free number and the lady answered sounding very tired and like she worked a double shift or something. No politeness at all as if I was being a burden. Called back 3 quaters of an hour and she said she'll get the technician to call me. I then asked how long more I have to wait and she replied 2-3 hours. This is a week night 7-30pm you come from work no internet and have to be put up with this. Nova has definitely lost the plot. Have tv ads regularly and not living up to service is poor business ethics

We now have power gas and broadband not just because they had a great deal.
There staff and service were the best of all other companies we spoke to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been joining Nova internet service for 1year and 1 month. Entered the 2nd month when I got into internet speed issues, I emailed the speed test report to technical support team, they quickly found and solved problem and also followed me up a couple of days later. Entered 11th month, I found wifi coverage issues and wall jack point couldn't provide internet. After reporting issue to Nova, they lent me a set of Mesh devices. Their technical team remotely set device up in the evening when I failed and phoned up..Have also had both power and gas contract with them. You can download Nova app and monitoring your daily energy usage. I could not complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I organised with Nova to get the gas pipe connected at the house so i could lay the concrete for my new build and they ended up livening up the pipe so I'm paying line charges of an excess of $40 per month for......a new house that no one is living in yet. It was clearly explained in email and on the phone why i just needed the pipe drop done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Nova energy for gas and electricity for the last eight years and any competitor that comes to entice me away goes away disappointed. I recently switched to Nova broadband because my previous supplier was poor on both customer service and giving me the speed I wanted but now I get both at a very competitive price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing to create a great impression was how quickly Nova call centre answered the phone. Helpful staff and great follow up service. Then a call to check that everything was done and that I hadn't had any problem with installation of equipment. Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Nova, they are the only power company that hasn't screwed me around. With other companies, they change the due date to an earlier date every month. With another you would go around in a loop if you used their online system. With another they've overcharged. With Nova their prices are always reasonable and I've always had adequate time to pay ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the reasons I have chosen Nova is to be able to get my Power, Gas and Broadband all on the one bill - I only have to deal with one supplier and not 2 or 3. Pricing across the 3 utilities is not the cheapest but they are definitely not the most expensive, so they are I really nice middle ground supplier which I am perfectly happy with. My interaction with the Customer Services Team is always very professional and friendly - almost family like. Any enquiries, queries or issues (there have been very few of these of the years that I have been a member) are dealt with speedily and thoroughly with the goal of finding the best possible solution to suit my needs and requirements. If you are looking for an ALL IN ONE provider then you cannot do any better than Nova. I have moved house 3 times in the last 4 years but have chosen Nova in all that time, and each move and reconnect has been faultless. Great work family keep it up!
