★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a ball to help strengthen my hand after I broke it. Walked in, no one acknowledged me. Spent 15 minutes in the store walking around trying to find what I was looking for. Walked past many store staff and no one asked if I needed help. Went to check out to ask and the lady there didn't even know and had to find someone else to ask.
