★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so disappointed. I had purchased online some Nike infant Kawa slides, from this store, for my nephew’s 1st birthday, but they were too small. Called them up to make an online exchange for a bigger size, and had about a 15-20-minute conversation with a girl, who said they didn’t have them in stock there, but did in the Manukau store. She said they could have them delivered to Westgate - but it would take two weeks. This was fine, and she said that I would get notified when they had arrived in store. This was three weeks ago. Just found out that this was NEVER ARRANGED, and now the shoe is out of stock.
Shame on you Rebel Sport. Not buying online from you ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoe display is chaotic, to say the least. The store attendants have been way too busy having fun in having fun at the counter area, instead of helping the customers. Also, it wasn't the first time that I've experienced this here, but definitely the last time. This particular shop deserves zero stars, really.
