I ordered 2 sets of passport photos and was told that they would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned after 20 minutes to realize that only 1 set was printed. The staff member Julian did not send the second set for printing. I was told I needed to wait another 15 minutes for the second set. Judging by the other reviews it seems as if this store is known for wasting customer's time.

Horrible service. Wasted nearly half hour in therefor print. I can't believe it took me 30 minutes to do a simple print job, it seems like the print service here is so slow that it takes so long to refresh the email I sent for the print job.

Horrific service. On Saturday late afternoon I called the store with 15 minutes to spare (4.45pm and they close at 5.00pm on Saturdays), the guy on the phone said I would be able to send my urgent printing through if i made it there really quick but that they usually close their kiosks and printing services 5 to 10 minutes prior to the store shutting for cleaning. I got there at about 4.52pm and began using the self service Kiosk, half way through I had a question regarding the kiosk printing options as they were unclear to me; by this time it was 4.54pm and one of the employees there made a point to firmly tell me ''in a couple minutes we may have to shut that kiosk down, we normally close 5 minutes before'' (full well knowing I was in the middle of using it and and she did not once ask ''do you need help or would you like some help'' - every employee (there were about 6 behind the counter) works in customer service yet did not display an ounce of service. I ended up leaving because they were shutting everything down and avoided to help, And I really was feeling the pressure of it being so close to 5pm where I was pretty much being shooed out. I am not sure who's rule/policy it is and im not royalty, but if you close at 5pm then stay true to it, dont shut down and close up any earlier as people make an effort to come to the store for your services. Would they have done this with an elderly customer who needed a little guidance and patience? - based on the types of employees I experienced, I imagine so, and the thought that is appauling. Treat all your customers how you would like to be treated, and especially during these tough times with covid around be kind and caring, life is too short and you never know what someone is going through. I understand the team on board are very young and learning, but there are customer service basics to know - Warehouse Stationary, maybe you need to take a look at your training methods or a closer look at who you are placing in your branches.

awful service, many people behind the print and copy counter, one person serving 3 people at once with no customer service skills or proper communication. was waiting around in store for half an hour to collect 2 photos i had already sent to the store to be picked up. very disorganised and impolite staff also.

I needed some pictures developed for a tangi, the wait at other places were unknown as they didn't answer the phones. Westgate went above and beyond. Shannon was her name, after placing order 2mins later processing began and was ready with in half an hour. I appreciate the time you took to listen and help at a time of sadness and stress. You shanon have exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be back. Customer service was amazing if I could put more stars I would.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! This has to be the worst customer service i've ever received. If I were able to give 0 stars I would. Got 3 A2 prints printed, 2 of them not fit to page and they refused to reprint for me without having to pay again. The lady tried telling me "I know you are educated" whilst showing me a ruler showing me A2 measurements. I asked to speak to the manager, and he was even worse. He came out and yelled at his staff in front of me, so unprofessional. Would never go back there after being treated like that.
