★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit pricey for some items but you will no doubt find a gem.
Absolutely jammed packed, can be hard to see all the clothes as coat hangers not very friendly to budge and so many on the rails.
Definitely worth a looksie though.
I always spend $hundreds that I didn't plan on doing lol.
Clothing/shoes gifts for all my family and friends! Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to browse and find something unique to make a statement. Use the store to create the fashion statement since what is popular now has been done before. All you need to do is make it your own interpretation and this store means you can do that cheaply. The staff are very helpful too if you need help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took bags and bags of clothes in 5 weeks ago, but still apparently not processed. I find that a bit strange. I’m sure they are super busy, but 6 weeks? I emailed them and they replied clothes take 6 weeks to process as inventory. What if I hadn’t emailed them? Hopefully they haven’t just disappeared in to the giant odd sock void. (I’ve never shopped there, so not sure of that experience. Hopefully doesn’t take as long to buy something. ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed! Have just rushed to drop some clothes off prior to moving, included taking annual leave to leave work early and paid for an uber to get there, and in waiting to cross the busy road the staff locked the door at 5.32pm and wouldn't let me drop items off.
Having worked in retail I understand closing time is closing time, but a 2 minute leeway for customers is not a huge ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I dropped off the clothes here thinking that the first mistake might have just been a one off, but actually both times all my items got ‘lost’ or never ‘Received’ regardless of being told they would be ‘attached to my account’ so that I could check it myself. But upon getting home I had noticed the sign in option to my account wasn’t working (account login unavailable) So I went back to the shop, and they said “sorry we just don’t know where it is because we have no record of it being counted or sorted ‘out the back’ and so we can’t help you”. Even though I checkboxed that I would like the items back instead of being donated, they still had no record of who it belonged to. So I would be wary of handing anything into them that is valuable to you. As you might not get it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store, lying staff about fees. They never told me AFTER the items were bought in and then charged me $4, but that's not the end, they sold a dress worth $90 and gave me $7. Steer clear of this shop. Oh and they have left an anti theft thing on my collected item so I have to go in again.
