We had a vision to create plant-based food that is tasty as the other kind. We are passionate about our sourdough and plant-based mozzarella. Our dough is freshly made each day using a rye sourdough starter, type 2 flour and fermented for 48 hours before being hand-stretched and served; enhancing its digestibility and flavour. Our fresh house-made cashew mozzarella in-house is delicately fermented using dairy-free culture.

Lunches are back! We are now open Monday to Friday from 12pm to late, and offering our $15 lunch sized pizzas again. Available weekdays 12-3pm except public holidays.

Food is delicious. Table shared a range of items and all were good. Not plant-based mimics, but actually good food that stands alone as tasty (and happens to be plant-based).
Definitely will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic idea and kaupapa. I really wanted to love this place. Promising menu that, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations. I found it overpriced for the bland scrambled tofu on hard sourdough we got.
Avoid busy times; if we'd been told it was a 25min wait for food and 15min for coffee we would have chanced our luck elsewhere. Super popular though, so perhaps the pizzas and other meals are less lacklustre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really nice, a great selection and variety, especially for groups with some vegan, some vegetarian, some neither. Unfortunately the service lets it down. The staff are all very friendly, but management need to work out scheduling as they often seem to be understaffed. Two people on FOH during weekend brunch is definitely not enough. Today, we waited about 50 minutes from when we arrived until we got food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STILL SALIVATING at the thought of Nolita’s parmigiana pizza with beetroot and mayo mustard. The croquettes were also exceptional! My partner has an allergy to onion and the chef went above and beyond to find an option that worked for him ❤️? a must go spot in Welli for vegan eaters and non vegan eaters alike.

We got the Margarita pizza (which had a very tasty tomato sauce but needed more basil) and some smoked cheese croquettes - which I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND as they were so gooood ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous. We enjoyed everything. I'm not a vegan and I didn't miss the meat a bit. The mozzarella was absolute sorcery.
The service was excellent, the food came out at a timely pace, and the ambiance was on point. Excellent value for money also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have a fully vegan menu. We shared a few pizzas to try them out. They were all quite nice but not amazing. The pepperoni was voted favourite overall by the table.
The place is a bit noisy due to all the hard surfaces, but thankfully the music was kept at a low volume. The service, décor, and general atmosphere were all good.
