★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 pairs of chucks, 1 for me 1 for my partner, arrived the next day which was great, unfortunately they were bigger than expected so I rang customer service and they said just send them back with a note about which size you need, so I did that the very same day and rung them to let them know they were on the way, 2 days later I received an email saying they refunded my items so I rang them and told them why I didn't get my exchanges and was told they didn't have my sizes in stock I looked online and said they were in stock and they replied just order them again, I said the sale was over which was buy 1 get 1 half price , they said email customer services again which was just more running around, so basically just lost 25 bucks sending the shoes back, poor service on there part, especially considering I rang them before sending the shoes back to make sure it would be ok.
