★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could do no stars I would. Signing up was super easy, Regus charging my card was super easy. When I wanted to leave, thats when everything went bad. There was a fee per month for the time we were there, there is a kitchen use fee per month and I've been waiting since December (its February now) for my bond back. Ive emailed and followed up (5 different emails who replied fast when we were members) for the last 4 weeks with no reply. If you're considering Regus, please do your research - there are plenty of people who have complained about this company worldwide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two whole days to hear back from the staff at this place. Finally booked a room. When we got there the guest parking was an absolute shambles. Staff were rude, impatient and not willing to help. Conditions requested in the online form regarding set up of the conference room not adhered to. Had to quickly set it all up ourselves without the help of the staff. Do not do business with this outfit.
