The team squeezed the car into an available slot that morning, once fixed and given the all clear, we were back on the road that arvo with peace of mind, catching that night ferry....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer services do not go here first any electrical problems as mechanics are incompetent at best,took car in for engine light ,$300 dollars later and no answers from them just guesses long story short found faulty relay and replaced it obviously over looked by so called professionals at reids ,I then asked for a refund of some of the money and was basically kicked out if the place customers beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first day after New Year break. I left a message on the phone. Gavin Quinn immediately got back to me. I took my car in that day as the aircon wasn’t working. After a fast diagnosis that it was the disgusting clogged inside filter, I was told I didn’t need a re-gas. Seeing I was there, I got them to do a warrant and oil change. I was delighted to experience how thorough he was. He picked up the clogged filter plus the dirty headlights that my past mechanic should have diagnosed. Gavin has excellent customer service skills. Total excellence and thankyou.
