★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deshalb fragte ich unterwegs den Taxifahrer, der mich vom Bahnhof abholte, nach einem preiswerten Quartier. Über Taxifunk fand er sofort das günstige REMUERA House und erledigte für mich die Reservierung. Dafür gab ich ihm 10 NZ$ Trinkgeld. Der Besitzer meiner 1. Unterkunft in Neuseeland fand das gar nicht so schön, denn ''Trinkgeld sei in Neuseeland nicht üblich".
 So on the way I asked the taxi driver, who picked me up from the train station, for a cheap lodging. About Taxifunk he immediately found the cheap REMUERA House and made the reservation for me. I gave him 10 NZ $ tip. The owner of my first accommodation in New Zealand did not like that, because 'tip is not common in New Zealand'.
